Remembering Your Wholeness

Hi Loves,

Have you heard or even said, "I can't do this anymore. This is ridiculous. What the hell is going on here? I'm done. I don't think I can take this. What's going to happen? We are f**ked. I am f**ked. I can't believe....? They should.....We are not suppose to..........You are suppose to.........What about me? I need.......I want.......I give up. I'm exhausted." Or some version there of? Of course you have. This is what the mind can do. Our consciousness can get so contracted around the mind and it's thoughts which cause a whole lot of suffering for ourselves and the planet. But when we stop for just a moment and see what is really here, it's in that space, we drop into our wholeness. That which holds everything.

Have you felt fear, anger, rage, frustration, hate, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, doubt, unworthiness, guilt, shame, judgement, sadness, grief. Of course you have, but often we don't want to acknowledge these feelings. We numb them, run away from them, bypass them, cast them out in some way. We are told to be positive, don't be negative, don't let yourself vibrate at a lower vibration. But this too causes suffering because we haven't given ourselves the space to discover the intelligence in these unloveable feelings. Furthermore, when we are caught up in "the story" we are stuck in suffering. In either case, we forget that all these feelings and emotions are included in our wholeness. 

Have you felt the Call to Love? Have you been taking time/moments to drop in and Remember Your Wholeness? I feel this is what is being asked of all of us on a global level. We are being asked to love better, take care better and it often starts with ourselves. I feel one day we are going to get beyond this time of the virus and look back to see that it was a huge gift. There has been so much loss (which is devastating), and that loss just might give us the tremendous gain of living and experiencing a more loving, caring, peaceful world.

Therefore, I can't wait to drop in and explore the Yamas for the next 6 weeks with those that are interested. So far, the conscious company that has already signed up for the series delights me. For those of you that are still wanting to know what this looks like, we will meet virtually and I will guide a little movement to get us in our bodies, then we will drop into conversation. It can be so healing to share from our hearts and let our hearts be heard. It can be so beneficial to listen and hold space for others. We will end each session with meditation. 

In addition, you will be asked to sit with your Self daily; so if you don't already have a daily practice, this is a great opportunity to establish one and be accountable for it. Although we could spend a year, maybe a lifetime, unpacking one Yama, we will exploring all 5 thru the lens of Self-Love, Truth, Generosity, Simple Living and Abundance. I will be giving mini assignments and support between sessions.

I know times are tough financially for a lot of us. I have included a sliding scale seen above, but if it is still too much, please get a hold of me. Let's work something out. I love trade. I don't want $ to be the reason you can not attend.

As the days get longer and warmer it feels more challenging to be disciplined, so let's all lean into our practice even more.
