The Wanderlust Festival - Squaw Valley July 18-21st
*Wanderlust is an event that I hold near and dear to my heart. It has influenced my life in so many ways and I have found my favorite way to share with the attendees is leading meditation hikes. This year I wanted to make my classes more specialized by offering hikes for mothers and daughters as well as couples.
This is a hike especially for mothers and daughters. The bond between a mother and daughter is so dear and can be so challenging at the same time. Often it is challenging because we don't make the time to drop in with each other. We will ride the tram to the mountain top and hike an easy trail amongst the wild flowers. We will find a sweet spot to sit, meditate and engage in a co-listening exercise. We might find we return more connected to Mama Earth, more connected to ourselves and our daughter/mother.
